Purpose of the Meeting:
The purpose of this called meeting is to consider and take up action on a time-sensitive emergency procurement necessary to ensure continuity of WIOA program services and prevent disruption to participant services.
The Board will enter executive session as permitted by South Carolina law for the purposes of discussing contractual matters. Any vote or action will be taken in open session.
